Brian brings a unique blend of leadership, strategic, financial skills, and operational capabilities for growing organizations. He has a mix of operational leadership roles (CEO, CTO, CFO, President) and Investment Banking experience in Capital Markets, Equity Research and Strategy, and M&A.

Mr. Skiba was a Wall Street Managing Director/Partner in equity research, strategy, and M&A banking. He helped underwrite over 42 global capital market transactions, raising more than $5 billion in IPOs and secondary offerings for technology companies in the public and private markets. His Wall Street career included work at Deusche Bank, Lehman Brothers, Cowen & Company, Arma Partners and Vista Pura Partners over a 25-year period.

Mr. Skiba also served as General Manager at Snow Software after it acquired Intelligent Licensing; a firm Mr. Skiba Co-founded and served as Chairman and CEO for 3 years. Later, he held several leadership roles at Babylon Health. He also served as group CFO at Meditab, a private health care software company.

Mr. Skiba holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Boston University, an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College and completed the all coursework towards a Master of Applied Science in Software Engineering at Boston University. He is on the Advisory Board at the University of Texas School of Natural Sciences Computer Science Program and a Co-Founder and Senior Partner at Vista Pura Partners, an advisory firm.
