Vista Pura Digital – What’s it all about, Alfie?

Vista Pura Digital was formed to acquire, aggregate, advance and scale online digital services businesses.  The firm focuses on growing but highly fragmented markets where an infusion of fresh technology, such as AI, can dramatically boost the effectiveness and automation of the services, increase efficiency, reduce costs and scale well beyond where the business is at the time we complete our acquisition.

Portfolio companies are supported by shared centralized services.  By way of example, Finance would handle bookkeeping, financial planning and analysis, financial projections, payroll and corporate development (acquisitions).  Marketing would provide services for advertising, brand development and support and visibility such as Search Engine Optimization. And a Technology group would have expertise in web technology, data analysis and collection and artificial intelligence.  Leveraging this structure, each digital services area would be able to have fractional access to world class support.

Vista Pura Digital can be referred to as a “Micro PE Vehicle”.  It uses private equity and is open to acquiring companies with annual earnings below $1 million.   A traditional private equity firm generally has a much bigger amount of capital to deploy and shuns acquisitions unless they have some decent size to them.
